HEAVY METAL KIDS fan DAVE ROBINSON wrote to NME back in 1978
pleading for the band to get back together .....
25 years later, in a dentist's waiting room,
Danny picked it up and read it....  and the rest is history!

"This picture of Gary was taken at Birmingham Town Hall back in the 70's. I saw The Kids
many many times in Birmingham during the heyday, met them a few times at Barbarellas.
Went to the gig where the live cd was recorded. The bit where Gary talks to the audience about
lobbing stuff on stage happened right by us. Some twat threw a glass which smashed on the monitors.
It was a low stage at the club. The girl was lucky not to be blinded. Enjoy the picture.
Holton/HMK were rock n roll."
